FAQ


This is our FAQ explaining everything you’ll need to know about how things work here at Kate Jane. 

 

CONTACTING US:

For us to best serve you, please e-mail us at shopkatejane@gmail.com. While we do our best to respond quickly, please allow us 24-48 hours to respond.

 

BUSINESS HOURS:

We are generally available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm EST. Saturdays and Sundays can be spotty as we try to keep weekends to be time with family. Thank you for understanding. 

 

PAYMENT:

Payment is due within 12 hours of the invoice being sent. Please do not claim an item and not pay the invoice. We know life can sometimes throw us curveballs, so if you cannot pay your invoice please let us know! After 12 hours your invoice will be canceled.

 

SEZZLE:

This is a form of checking out that allows shoppers to split the purchase amount into 4 interest-free payments, spread over 6 weeks. There are no fees if you pay on time. There is a $50 minimum order to use Sezzle. 

 

SHIPPING:

We have 2 shipping rates: Standard shipping of $7.55, Expedited Shipping for $19.95, and orders totaling $150 or more, your items ship for FREE!! Customers who are local and would like to pick up, please let us know when claiming and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. We aim to ship within 3 business day of purchase, if not sooner. If for some reason we are behind on shipping, we will communicate that in our shopping Facebook group.

 

COUPONS/CREDIT:

Coupons and credits need to be applied at checkout. Coupons and credits cannot be applied after checkout. Coupons cannot be used on already discounted items, sale items, or deal of the day items. Coupon expiration dates vary.

 

DAMAGES:

We do our best to inspect everything before it leaves our hands, but we are only human and sometimes miss things. Please be sure to inspect all items when they arrive. If you receive a damaged item(s) please email us and we will send you instructions on how to further proceed.

 

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

We absolutely offer gift certificates. Please email us with your gift certificate inquiry!

 

COLORED TICKETS:

With every purchase, you will receive a colored “keep this coupon” ticket. PLEASE KEEP IT! On the last day of the month we will be pulling tickets for FREEBIES!! You can also get tickets through our weekly BINGO in our Facebook group and other giveaways. I will go live in our Facebook group, pull the tickets, announce the numbers, and their corresponding prizes. I will then post pictures of the tickets, if you have a matching ticket, please email us a picture of it with the relevant information for your FREEBIE. This is another way to say thank you for shopping with us!
