Returns

RETURN POLICY:

You have 7 days from the day your item(s) are delivered to send back the return for an exchange or store credit The item(s) must be in the mail and timestamped at the post office within 7 days of being delivered in order for us to accept the return, There may or may not be items available to cover your exchange.

Please email us first at shopkatejane@gmail.com to confirm the return. We will respond with the necessary steps to process your return.

If there are no prior communications of a return via email, we will not accept the package. Returned item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, tags still attached, and free of any scents, stains, pet hair, or unnoted damages. Buyer pays all return shipping charges. We check the mail box for exchanges once a week.

All hats, scarves, hair accessories, glasses, jewelry, handbags, makeup bags, shoes, swimsuits, deal of the day, mystery items, discounted items, sale items, or items that are purchased using a coupon are not exchangeable/returnable and are considered to be final.
